Putus sudah sebulan yang lalu tapi bayangan dia masih saja mondar-mandir. Ganggu banget sih. Itu artinya kita belum bisa move on dari dia. Bangun dari mimpi dan mari, bersama kita pasti bisa move on!

Segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan sang mantan sebaiknya kita hindari. Misalnya, jangan buka Facebook dia, jangan stalking Twitter-nya, jangan lewat tempat nongkrongnya. Jauh-jauh, deh!

Semua barang yang mengingatkan sama dia, apapun itu, sebaiknya disingkirkan. Karena kalau kita lihat barang-barang yang ada hubungannya dengan dia, itu bakal bikin kita terus memikirkannya.

Mengingat hal-hal tentang mantan yng selalu buat kita kecewa dan kesal saat masih pacaran, adalah salah satu cara buat move on. Kalau kita terus mengingat itu, lama-lama kita akan merasa kalau dia enggak pantas buat kita dan enggak rugi putus dari dia.

Menyibukan diri dengan kegiatan yang positif
Cari kegiatan positif yang mengalihkan pikiran kita dari dia. Semakin kita sibuk, semakin cepat kita melupakannya. Jangan lampiaskan kegalauan kita dengan mengurung diri dan merajuk. Karena itu akan membuat kita lebih terpuruk dan jelek di mata mantan.
